Castles N' Coasters

Though small by amusement park standards, Castles N' Coasters is a true treasure for Phoenix families. This year-round destination is home to the only two steel roller coasters in Arizona and a host of other family-friendly attractions.

Test your courage on Desert Storm and the 120-foot free fall tower, enjoy a ride on the old-fashioned carousel, or get wet on the Splashdown Falls log flume ride. Kids and adults alike will love the world-class miniature golf courses, bumper cars, and a full amusement arcade. More by clicking here.

Thrilling Rides

Located at the edge of Phoenix, Castles N' Coasters is a little oasis for amusement park enthusiasts. The 10-acre amusement park is home to two roller coasters (Patriot and Desert Storm), four miniature golf courses, bumper boats, and a large indoor video game arcade with 150 games.

There are also two water rides. Splashdown Falls is a wet ride that takes you through the mythical logging town with waterfalls, fountains, squirting African Elephant statues and native huts. This ride requires a single rider to be at least 42 inches tall and an accompanied rider must be 36 inches tall or older.

Sky Divers is a 120-foot free-fall drop tower that will make you feel like you are falling out of the sky. This is a fun ride that is sure to get you wet and you must be at least 44 inches tall to ride. There is also a water log flume that seems like the same kind of log flume you'd find at your typical Golf'N'Stuff style place.

World Class Miniature Golf

For golf lovers, Castles N' Coasters offers four world-class miniature courses. These unique courses are more than just a few holes scattered over the landscape; they are imaginative journeys designed to capture the imagination of players. They may take you through a Middle-Eastern village, a Dutch windmill, or an Old West town, or you might find yourself searching for the chalice on King Arthur's Quest or looking for knights and damsels on the Princess Path.

Miniature golf is a game of skill and strategy, but it also has an element of whimsy that appeals to people of all ages. It was first introduced to the public in 1925 by Garnet Carter, owner of Fairyland Inn in Chattanooga. His course featured holes that wandered among a garden of trees, rocks, and hollowed logs, with garden gnomes standing guard. These fantasy-inspired courses have since exploded in popularity. This Phoenix family fun and thrill park is one of the best places to play mini golf in Arizona. Visit another area in town here.

Family Fun

Castles N' Coasters is a theme park that caters to both the young and the old. Whether you are looking for thrill rides or want to play some mini golf, there is something here for everyone. There are several roller coasters at the park, including Desert Storm and Patriot. They also offer a number of other rides that are more moderate in intensity, such as the Sea Dragon and Free Fall.

The park also has a go-kart track and bumper boats. The kids will enjoy the junior dixie wheel, spinning tops, and Flying Bugs. There is even a log flume ride that allows you to get wet.

This park is a great choice for families who are looking to have some fun in Phoenix. You can buy a Bronze pass that includes unlimited rides and 18 holes of miniature golf. Just make sure to tell them that South Phoenix Macaroni Kid sent you! They will give you a discount!

Birthday Parties

If your kid has a birthday coming up and you want them to have a fun and memorable experience that doesn’t break the bank, there are plenty of options. From active places filled with roller coasters and water parks to educational places like museums and the zoo, there’s something for every interest. There are even services that bring the party to your home.

If your child is obsessed with Legos, this service out of Chandler brings them and an instructor to your home or other venues for a two-hour activity with 60 pounds of Lego bricks. Other options include a princess party, dance class, and scavenger hunt adventure.

The Great Arizona Puppet Theater hosts birthday parties with a show at the main theater followed by activities in Peter’s party room, where kids get to make their own puppets. The packages include admission, a private party ramada, and a special gift for the guest of honor. Check out this interesting post!
